She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Vaughn and Mary Ann Fletter; her husband Mark Adam Koscielski; and her parents-in-law, Catherine and Dr. Stanley Koscielski.
She is survived by: her son Adam Koscielski (Jaclyn); and her siblings, Marsha, Matt, Luke, Claudia and Claire.
