He was predeceased by: his father James T.. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Beth Chihan Canizaro of Evanston, IL; his sons, Mark Canizaro of Seattle, WA and Paul Canizaro (Mary Parrott) of Portland, OR; and his sister Jean Canizaro Enochs (Jim) of Madison, MS..
