He is survived by: his father Donald Thomas McNeill; his children, Jennifer Heck (Andy), Donald (Mary), Victoria Oldfield (Todd), Stephen (Lauren) and Elizabeth McNeill Case; and his wife Martha Archer Stephan. He is also survived by five children and spouses; thirteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a wide circle of extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donnellan Family Funeral Services (10045 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, IL 60077). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish at Sacred Heart Church (1077 Tower Rd, Winnetka, IL 60093).
