He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles Shonk and Grace Murtha Shonk. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Delacoma; his children, Katherine (Victor Hernandez), Robert and Carrie (Chris Kranz); his grandchildren, Evan and Lillian; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Andries, Wynne Delacoma and Steven Nidetz. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
