He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Sullivan and Elieen Sullivan (Grant); his brother John Sullivan; and his granddaughter Emily Wujek. He is survived by: his wife Jackie of Brooklyn; his children, Jackie Ann Wujek (Dennis) of Zionsville, Indiana and Bob Sullivan (Anne) of Wilmette, Illinois; his grandchildren, Robby Wujek (Becka), Christopher Wujek, Joseph Sullivan and Caroline Sullivan; his great grandchild Wally Wujek; and his brother Ray Sullivan of Levittown. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
