He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Surace and Helen Surace. He is survived by: his wife Ann Jenson Surace; his children, Thomas Surace and Maia Surace (Mike); and his brothers, Gene Surace (Candace) and Jerome Surace (Tritrang).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Presbyterian Homes (3200 Grant St, Evanston, IL 60201).
