He is survived by: his mother Rose Bartlebaugh (Everett Bartlebaugh); his wife Helene Shapiro; his sibling's children, Julie, Scott, Carli (Talor Blustin) and Sophie Shapiro; and his close friend Stanley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Bat (1735 Benson Ave, Evanston, IL 60201). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woman's Club of Evanston (1702 Chicago Ave, Evanston, IL 60201).
