Virginia P. Barr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2025, at the age of 69, Virginia P. Barr of Evanston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John T. Barr; her children, John T. Barr, Jr., Michael P. Barr (Jenna) and Keeley A. Barr (Brian Flynn); her granddaughter Chloe James Barr; and her siblings, James V. (Donna Massi), Mark K. (Debbie Lorch), Henry A., II (Sally Neale), Edward K., Frederick J. (Karen Walker), Donna P. Iglar (John), Julie P. Reilly (Michael Miller) and Peter J. Proesel (Ramsina Tamrazi).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Donnellan Family Funeral Services (10045 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, IL 60077). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Old Saint Patrick's Church (700 W Adams St, Chicago, IL 60661).
