She was predeceased by: her cousin Reverend Ken Klaus (Pam); her husband Leonard Long; and her parents, Ruth Johnson and Walter Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Blazek (Bob), Rick Long (Lori) and Karen Larson; her grandchildren, Tim Long (Jackie), Brittany Voyten (Brett), Brian Blazek, Ryan Long (Estef Ania), Tessa Musel (Chris), Michael Blazek, Bradley DeWitt (Ashley), Matthew Long, Owen Larson and Rianna Blazek; her great grandchildren, Frederick Heater, Graydon Musel, Alex Voyten, Blane Voyten, Savannah DeWitt, Connor Voyten, Emmalyn Musel, Madison DeWitt, Brynlie DeWitt, Isaac Long, Adam Long and Lucas Long; and her cousins, Tom Klaus (Karen) and Janice Mayyou (Bill).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Dignity Evergreen Cemetery (3401 W 87th St, Evergreen Park, IL 60805).
