It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard K. Vanselow (Evergreen Park, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 30, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Vanselow and Dolores Vanselow (Buck); and his brother Wayne Vanselow. He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth Vanselow (Donna) and Keith Vanselow; and his caregiver Margie Sharpe. He is also survived by nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Paul Lutheran Church (4660 W 94th St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Saint Paul Lutheran Church, 4660 W. 94th Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453 and Garden Center Services, 8333 Austin Ave, Burbank, IL 60459.
