He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Payton and Evelyn Payton (Threlkeld). He is survived by: his wife Beth Payton; his son Kevin Payton (Jessica); his grandchildren, Chase, Kaley and Parker Payton; and his former wife Debbie Payton.
