He was predeceased by : his parents, John Lewis and Estella Weakman (Zeh); and his siblings, Ethel Rapp (Edward), Earl Weakman (Janet), Calvin Weakman (Joy), John "Jack" Weakman and Lois Weakman.

He is survived by : his sons, Matthew Weakman (Theresa Benjamin) of Essex and Daniel Weakman (Sharee O'Donnell) of Dixon; and his grandchildren, Rory and Mallory Weakman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
