Doris Arline Cox Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Arline Cox of Fairbury, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John I. Bushman and Rose Elizabeth Bushman (Lorch); her husband J. T. Cox (John); her sons, Justin Cox (Kim) of Bloomington, IL and Jarrett Cox (Mindy) of LeRoy, IL; her grandchildren, Jaci, Haley, Gunner and Jordan Cox; and her sister Marlene Janssen of Fairbury, IL. She was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in her honor to the Central Illinois Down Syndrome Organization.
