It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Steidinger of Fairbury, Illinois, born in Sullivan, Illinois, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William H. II and Gertrude Hostetter II (Monroe); her stepson Gregory Steidinger; her stepgrandson Justin Steidinger; and her siblings, Kent Hostetter and Nancy Hostetter.
She is survived by : her children, Cathy Coleman of St. George, Utah, Christopher Coleman (Cindy) of Fisher, IL, Paul Coleman (Jodi) of Navarre, FL, Deanna Khadem (Kamran) of Georgetown, TX and Eric Steidinger Ward (Jim Robbins) of Willets, CA; her brother Mike Hostetter of Talbott, TN; and her significant other Jim Steidinger. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury.
