We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2023, at the age of 72, Joseph W. Moore of Fairbury, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Moore and Eulalia Moore (Hohulin); his sisters, Lillie Ann Moore and Susie Smock; and his niece Leona Hoover.

He is survived by : his wife Helen Smith; his children, Kim Moore of Maine and David Smith of Forrest; his sisters, Lena Kestner of Forrest and Mary Hinkleman of Pontiac; his grandsons, Michael Hoover, Richard "Ricky" Hoover, David Smith Jr. and Erik Smith; his niece Janet Hillyer; and his close friend Cocoa. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to SELCAS of Fairbury or directly to his family.
