He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Louis Fogarty and Anita Marie Fogarty (Alfter); his wife Kathy Moser; his children, Shelly Beth Beyers and Michael Rodell Fogarty (Tracy); his grandchildren, Brandon Beyers (Hayley), Bailey Beyers (Liz) and Bryce Beyers; his children, Emma Dunahee (Jer), Collin and Grant Fogarty; his siblings, Alta Marsh (Barry), Pat Fogarty (Brenda) of Glen Burnie, MD, Kevin Fogarty of Gardner, IL, Colleen Metzke (Al) of Johnston City, IL and Kerry Fogarty (Lisa) of Leroy, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Carlos Moser (Connie) of Milwaukee, WI and June Moser.

Memorials are suggested to go to the First United Methodist Church, Fairbury, or the Boys and Girls Club of Prairie Central.
