He was predeceased by : his mother Joanne Smith Dever. He is survived by : his father Vyron Dever (Kay); his spouse Jackie L. Hewitt; his children, Meghan Dever (Travis Kerr) of Chicago and Matthew Dever of Chicago; and his brothers, Kevin Dever (Shannon) of Morrison, TN and Todd Dever (Mary Beth).
