With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Claude Mark of Fairfield, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Mark and Ida "Babe" Mark; his siblings, Nancy Mark and Eugene Mark; and his granddaughter Amica.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Pope (Jim) of Fairfield, Cheryl Harshbarger (Terry) of Fairfield, Gayla Keyser (Sam) of Fairfield and Ernie Speropoulos (Kandice) of Florida; his siblings, Billy Mark and Peggy Vaught (Bud) of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Andy Pope (Britany), Adam Pope (Jessica), Mick Morehead (Mari), Ahlandra Sheehan (Brian), Devin and Cameron Speropoulous; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Breanna Morehead, Alaina, Alivia, Thorin Pope and Hartley Sheehan; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Wodicker, Cindy McKitrick of Fairfield and Barb Mark of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to the Dr. Scranton Memorial Cancer Fund and will be accepted at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
