He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rush and Florence Rush (Garrison); his wife Alice Rush (Wood); his daughter Dana Jo Rush; his siblings, Curtis Rush and Ruth Louder; and his son-in-law Jan Brendal.
He is survived by: his children, Stan Rush (Susan), Dawn Davis (Jack) of Fairfield and Becky Brendal of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Micah Rush (Nancy), Sarah Rea (Jimmy), Danna Patrick (James), Elizabeth Sanders (Justin), Nathan Brendal, Jerad Brendal and Kelsey Brendal (Tyson Lowe); and his brother Robert Rush (Olene) of Tomball, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations can be made to either the St. Jude Children's Hospital, Fairfield C.P. Church, or the Wayne County Senior Center and will be accepted at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
