He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Clark and Opal Clark (Siela); his wife Shirley Anstett; his daughters, Mary Clark and Peggy Garrison; and his siblings, Robert, Louise, Laurie, Lavon, Linda and Pam.
He is survived by: his son Mike Clark (Penny) of Peoria; his son-in-law Rodney Garrison of Fairfield; and his brother Thomas Clark. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren.
