He is survived by: his children, Cooper, Kennedy and Kirby Berg of Fairfield, Illinois.; his siblings-in-law, Mandy Berg of Flora and Andy Rodgers (Kim); his nieces, Kate Carder of Clay City and Kristen Czyzewski of Mattoon; and his uncles, Roger Berg (Claudea) of Johnsonville and Jim Molt of Henderson.
Memorials may be given to help assist the family with funeral expenses and will be accepted at Nale's Funeral Home or at the graveside.
