He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Taylor and Sylvia Taylor (Hickling); his parents-in-law, Verdane and Lois Brock; and his brother Robert Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Taylor (Brock); his son Scott Taylor; his brother-in-law Roy Brock (JoAnn); and his nieces, Shelly Brock and Kris Brock. He is also survived by two great nieces and a great nephew.
Memorials may be made to Sanctuary of Hope, a faith-based facility that seeks to provide a caring and nurturing home to single expectant mothers, Hagee Ministries.
