She is survived by: her husband Randy Shoaff of Fairfield; her children, Mark Shoaff of Fairfield, Lisa Shoaff of Fairfield and Sandy Barbre (Dallas) of Geff; and her siblings, Kim Musgrave (George) of Fairfield, Terrisa Vaughan (Lloyd) of Burnt Prairie, Liz Attebery (Richard) of Geff, Sheila Auvil (Brad) of Fairfield, Keith Hooper (Pam) of Fairfield and Richard Hooper (Amy) of Fairfield. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Cancer Care Specialists of Illinois and will be accepted at the Johnson & Vaughn Funeral Home.
