He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Vaughan and Myrtle Vaughan (Funkhouser); his wife Marie Vaughan; his children, Frank, John Mulrenin, Bessie Hodges, Patricia Finke and Tina Vaughan; his siblings, Max, Vertis Vaughan and Wilma Vaughan; and his close friend Phyllis Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Randal Vaughan (Ashley) of Fairfield, Danny Vaughan (Shayla) of Flora, Shirley Rockett (Gene) of Geff, Cathy Lewis (David) of Fairfield and Shavonna Thomason of Fairfield; and his sister Judy McCormick (Gary) of St. Louis, MO.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
