He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Kenneth and Geneva Faye Kline (Cannon); his sister Dorothy Fern Meeks; his brothers-in-law, Delbert Young, Gayland Scott and Edmund Hennelly; and his nieces and nephews, Beverly Johnson and Robert Young.
He is survived by: his significant other Sally Wilderman; his siblings, Norene Faye Young, Virginia Darlene Scott Koonce (Jefferson), Josephine Hennelly and Kenneth Duaine Kline (Kathy); his stepdaughters, Christy McPherson (Doug) and Keesha Peterson (Chad); his nieces and nephews, Karen Gregory, Carole Ann Breuer, Teresa Wilson (Richard), Martha Garrett (Dan), Steven Scott, Sheila Prestridge (Barry), Stuart Koonce (Tanya), Kenneth Kline, Jr. (Mary), Kimberly Raney (Blake), Kevin Kline (Miranda), Carrie Wick (Clint), Joseph Kuykendall (Lesia) and Jonathan Kuykendall; and his stepgrandchildren, Ethan Peterson, Brayden Peterson (Carmen), Trevor Peterson (Addison) and Allie McPherson.
Memorials in his honor may be made to Union North C.P. Church or the Wayne County Fair and will be accepted at the funeral home.
