He was predeceased by: his wife Anna C. "Annie"; and his parents, Paul S. Agnes and Mary Agnes. He is survived by: his daughters, Anna M. Mora (Ruben) and Marisa L. Buffa; his grandchildren, Simon Rodriguez, Alyssa C. Cerna, Isabella M. Mora, Nayeli G. Rodriguez, Karina A. Gomez and Alex M. Mora; and his siblings, Patrick S. Buffa, Sr., Antoinette and Toni Buffa.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
