He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph R. Lovett and Edna M. Lovett; his spouse Jean Hendricks; and his siblings, Ralph, Tom, Earl, James, Bob Lomax, Edna and Janette Lomax.
He is survived by: his son Edward Lomax (Kim) of Covington; and his sister Peggy Myler (Richard) of Sidell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Oscar to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
