As Bette departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bette may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bette leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony (Margaret) and Schmitt. She is survived by: her close friend Tim Richardson; her son Ken Richardson (Annette); her grandsons, Anthony Richardson and Parker Richardson; and her caregiver Dorothy Agee.
Memorials are preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to ASCPA.
