He was predeceased by: his wife Leann Krupp; his parents, Milford F. Blair and Sophia Blair (Volkmann); and his sisters, Melba J. Blair of Alton, IL and Donna J. Bugg of Hillview, IL..

He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Kaminski (William) of Fenton, MO, Dollien (Krupp) and Dinges (Leroy) of Shiloh, IL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jefferson Barracks (V.A.) Hospital for Injured and Returning Veterans.
