He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hoepker and Lillie Hoepker; his wife Florence Hoepker; his sisters, Leola Lehde (Owen) and Velva Shubert; and his siblings-in-law, Jess Finley (Fern), Chester Finley, Tom Finley, Roy Finley (Doris), Bob Finley (Wilma), Ruth Miller (Walter), Leona Damke (Roy) and Flora Lieser (Dick).
He is survived by: his children, Joe Hoepker (Denise), Nancy Thomas (John), Mark Hoepker (Karen), Charlie Hoepker (Tina Schwellensattl) and Becky Luebbert (Dan); his grandchildren, Matthew Hoepker (Christian) and Allison (Kyle); and his siblings-in-law, John Finley (Cathy), Jim Finley (Mary), Kate Finley and Jeanne Stretch.
