She was predeceased by: her husband Charles York; her parents, Roy Qualls and Iva Mae Lance; her siblings, Hazel Cummins, Helen Burkett, Barbara Snow, Johnny Qualls, David Qualls, Carvel Qualls and Terry Qualls; and her granddaughter Ashley Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Allan York (Julie) of Smithton, Rhonda Urban (Bill) of Belleville, Duane York (Nicki) of St. Jacob and Ryan York (Shannon) of O'Fallon, Illinois; her grandchildren, Justin York, Jordan York, Casey Baugh, Sadie Urban, Dominica Ambry (Justin), Duane Jr. York (Meghan) and Trenton York; and her great grandchildren, Brinley, Mavery York, Conner, Tucker Baugh, Dominic, Carmella Ambry Kaine and Kaylie Rice.
