He was predeceased by : his parents, George Polk Williams and Elta Foster Williams of Corsicana; and his sister Jo Eloise Harris of Bracebridge, Ontario.. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Parker Williams of Fairview Heights; his children, Cindy Jarrett of Durham, N. C., Paige Williams of Ladue, Dawn Vitha (Ray) of Overland Park and Kan; his grandchildren, Joshua (Kate), Benjamin (Angie), Matthew, Jarod, Lindsey, John, Colin and Max; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Ryleigh, Brooklyn and Kamryn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
