We are sad to announce that, on November 13, 2025, at the age of 94, Joan Elizabeth DePhillips of Fairview Heights, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Thomas and Katherine Cecil Russell; her husband Eugene Francis DePhillips; and her aunt Elizabeth "Pat" Spitler. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Mast (Paul) of O'Fallon and Mary Catherine "Cathy" Patterson (Norm) of Arlington, Texas; her grandchildren, Tony Mast (Julie), Jonathan Patterson, Doug Mast (Shawn) and Jennifer Antill (Micah); and her great grandchildren, Austin Mast, Abby Walther (Cameron), Holden Mast, Erin Mast, Nolan Antill and Samuel Antill.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Randy's Rescue Ranch, 1400 E. Highway 50, O'Fallon, Illinois or your local pet shelter.
