He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger D. Eads Sr. and Carol E. Eads; his grandparents, Chester, Mary Eads, Octa and Carl Adams; and his uncles, Bob Eads (Shirley) and Alvin Eads.
He is survived by: his wife Amy; his sons, Ky Moon and Alex Eads of Fairview Heights, Illinois.; his caregiver Amy Moon of Fairview Heights, Illinois.; his siblings, Jason Eads of Fairview Heights, Roger Eads (Michelle) of Caseyville and Tiffanie Eads (Joe Douglas) of Dupo, Illinois.; his stepmother Linda Evans of Dupo, Illinois.; and his siblings' children, Alexis, Haley, Roger and Carrie.
