He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy J. Dillon; his parents, Joshua Dillon and Pauline Dillon; his siblings, Gene, Jerry, Joe, John, Ted Dillon and Evelyn Lowrance; his stepchildren, Rick Mitchell and Bonnie Jones; his grandchildren, Shayna Lawler and Shawn Mitchell, Jr.; and his son-in-law Michael Lada.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Eitzenhefer (Gregory), Kelly Arnold (Steven Mitchell), Jeffrey Dillon, Tracy Dillon-Painter (Matthew), Sandra Lada, Daniel Mitchell (Cheryl) and Shawn Mitchell; and his sisters, Nola Rigsby and Judy Drake (Dave). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
