She was predeceased by : her husband Harlan R. "Dude" Dulaney; her granddaughter Bridget Dulaney; her parents, Bessie Phillips and Vernon Phillips; and her brothers, Doug and John Phillips.

She is survived by : her children, Vernon Richard Dulaney (Debbie) and Sharon Sue Shahpari (Hossein); her grandchildren, Robbie Dulaney (Stephanie) of Sheila Shahpari, C. J., Michelle Rose (David) and Stephanie Stroh (Alex); her great grandchildren, Jacob Dulaney, Natalie Dulaney, Elliot Rose, Delaney Stroh, Avery Dulaney, Margaret Rose and Ronan Dulaney; and her siblings-in-law, Dwight Dulaney, Eloise Gifford and Jan Phillips.

Memorials may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Association or to Alzheimer's Association.
