He is survived by: his mother Peggy Hornacek, Sr. (Jones); his siblings, Peggy Kitterman (Ernie) and Shawn Hornacek, Sr.; his aunt Roberta Jones; his nieces and nephews, Brendan Kitterman, Shawn Hornacek, Jr., Lacey Huggins, Logan Huggins and Christian Hutchinson; his cousin Paul Jones (Sarah); Addison and Landon. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
