He was predeceased by: his parents, Perno Esco and Loretta May Hinderliter (Foster); his sister Bonnie Adkins (Glenn Adkins); his nephew Herbert Adkins; his nephew-in-law James Mitchell; his father-in-law Marion Stamps (Betty); and his brothers-in-law, Joseph and Gregory Stamps.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte M. Hinderliter (Stamps); his grandson Meyer Hinderliter of Belleville, IL; his brother Virgil Hinderliter (Cheryl) of Indianapolis, IN; his niece Tonya of Seffner, FL; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Boyd (Stamps) of Swansea, IL and Stephen Stamps (Dolly Wood) of Edwardsville, IL; and his close friend George Diggs of Indianapolis, IN.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kassly Mortuary (9900 St Clair Ave, Fairview Heights, IL 62208). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
