She is survived by: her daughter Cara Hayes (Steven) of Sylacauga, AL; her daughter-in-law Dana Mancuso; her grandchildren, Gabriela Mancuso and Andrew Mancuso of Urbana, IL; her stepmother Julia Burgard; and her siblings, Karen Evenson, Kenny Burgard (Donna), David Burgard (Yvonne) and Dale Burgard (Donna). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
