She was predeceased by: her husband George V. McKown; her parents, William and Edna; and her brother Gary Hammonds. She is survived by: her children, Tonya Chwarczinski, Yalonda Bates (Joe), Lynora Benton (Tom) and Lindell McKown (Bree); her grandchildren, Mica Curiel (Rigoberto), Kallie Beavers (Grant), Sierra Benton, Dawson Benton, Kameron Evans, Kayla Michalik (Tim), Tristan McKown and Tyson Bandy; and her great grandchild Lyla Monroe Beavers.
