He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Ford (Bailey) and Gilbert "Bert" Ford. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ford; his daughter Carla Williams (Ford); his son-in-law Evan Williams; and his grandsons, Jackson Williams and Alexander Williams. He is also survived by many cousins, in-laws and extended family, neighbors, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for Carroll's adopted granddaughter, Ellie Baylis, or his farming neighbor, Kevin Roberts; both of whom have faced health issues.
