She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Sapp and Myrtle Sapp (Hites); her husband Tom; and her siblings, Charles Sapp, Bob Sapp, Virgil Sapp, Gerald Sapp, Phil Sapp, Debbie Fender, Rosemary Cox and Delilah Nygaard.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Brown (Mike) of Watson, Marjorie Haynes (Gregory) of Streator and Stacey Simmons (Paul) of LaClede, Illinois; and her siblings, Mike Sapp (Sarah) of Virginia, Janine Johnson of Effingham, Glenda Warner of Farina and Becky Stallings of Edgewood, Illinois. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be to St Judes Children's Research hospital.
