He is survived by: his children, Shawn Mitchell and Stacy Linton (Steven) of Carterville, Illinois; his siblings, Terry Mitchell of Farina, Illinois, Carrel Jahraus (Bob) and Donna Hohlt of Farina; and his grandchildren, Zeke Linton (Jaylynn) of Herrin, Zoey Linton of Carterville, Shawna Cripe of Altamont and Sam Mitchell (Nicole) of Carlyle, Illinois. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
