It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vance Burnett of Farmer City, Illinois, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ace Altamont and Dorothy Lodema Mottram Burnett; his children, Kirk Borton and Tina Beck; and his sister Myrna Crosby.

He is survived by : his wife Irene Burnett of Farmer City, Illinois; his daughter Elaine Barbara Cook (Lou) of Tigard Oregon; his grandchildren, Michelle, Stephanie Cook of Tigard and Tucker Beck of Farmer City, Illinois; his extended family Cathy Harte; and also Nate Harte.
