In loving memory of Barbara E. Gruber of Farmington, Illinois, who departed this world on December 3, 2019 at the age of 87. Barbara leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Shawgo and Mettie Shawgo (Groff); her husband Gerald Gruber; her sons, Timothy and Thomas Gruber; and her siblings, Bernard, Everett, Dwayne, Paul and Freida Endres.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Gruber (Cynthia) of Galveston, TX, Larry Gruber of Hanna City, IL, Amy Middleton of Louisville, KY and Susie Spackman of St. Charles, IL; her grandchildren, Curtis Gruber, Cinnamon Belinski (William), Corey Strunk (Jason), Cassidy Crow (Jake), Paige Middleton, Allyson Middleton, Madison Middleton, Sarah Pearl Spackman and Jack Spackman; and her sister Faith Foster of Springfield. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Farmington United Methodist Church.
