He was predeceased by : his parents, Lenis Malcolm and Glenna Edith Ward (Elkins); his wife Julie Unsicker; and his siblings, Bob, Juanita, Lenora, Helen, Norma and Sue.

He is survived by : his children, Bradley Ward (Dawn) of Farmington and Jennifer Sudol (JR) of Farmington; his grandson Travis Ward (Jamie) of Fairview; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Elliott Ward and Tawnee Harding (Josh) of Trivoli; his brother David Ward (Linda) of Berkeley Springs, WV; his siblings-in-law, James Unsicker of Farmington and Joan Weber (Nick) of Bloomington; and also, Amelia and Adley Harding.
