He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving "Leon" Carlock and Ruth Carlock (Towell); his son Steve Carlock; and his siblings, Floyd Carlock and Evelyn DeViney.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Carlock (Lipe) of Fillmore, IL; his sons, Mark Carlock (Catherine) of Fillmore, IL and Brian Carlock of Nokomis, IL; his grandchildren, Lainie McNary (Mike), Mark Carlock (Jennifer), Lydon Carlock (Jess), Dustin Carlock, Ethan Carlock (Payton), Keith Carlock (Marissa), Jesse Carlock (Selena), Blaine and Destiney; and his sister Betty Malloy. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Fillmore, IL 62032). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Glendale Cemetery (7102 Burg Rd, Fillmore, IL 62032).
Memorial donations can be made out to the Fillmore Sportsman's Club.
