With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn E Livingston of Fillmore, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Joseph and Hazel Vesta Alexander (Usher); her former spouse Francis S. Toberman; her husband William "Bill" E. Livingston; her daughter Deneta Schmedeke; her brother James "Dow" Alexander; and her brothers-in-law, Dale Neisler and Stan Toberman.

She is survived by: her sons, Douglas F. Toberman of Fillmore, IL and Dennis W. Toberman (Jean) of Hillsboro, IL; her son-in-law Kyle Schmedeke of Irving, IL; her grandchildren, Todd Toberman (Abby Corzine) of Assumption, IL, Tara Gelsinger of Vandalia, IL, Derek Toberman of Waterloo, IL, Megan Strausbaugh (Scott) of Hillsboro, IL, Kayden Schmedeke of Irving, IL and Kason Schmedeke of Irving, IL; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Brittney, Codie, Chloe, Kinlee Gelsinger, Grady, Charlotte Toberman, Dax, Jaxon Toberman, Izac, Nolan, Tobyn Adams and Cody Strausbaugh; her great great grandchildren, Blakleigh, Adalynn, Gracelynn, Emberlynn, Everleigh, Benson, Skylar, Nova, Raelynn and Hudson; and her sisters, Joyce Neisler of Ramsey, IL and Janice Toberman of Fillmore, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
