He was predeceased by: his former wife Eileen M. Reid (Hotaling); and his father-in-law Richard Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Francis Gerard, Sr. and Rosemary Ann Reid (Guida) of Rome, NY; his wife Jennifer Joan; his siblings, Colleen Vernold (Eric) of Rome, NY, Daniel Reid of West Monroe, NY and Alisa Reid of Rome, NY; his mother-in-law Diane Clark of Cicero, NY; his sister-in-law Jill Coleman (John) of North Syracuse, NY; his stepchildren, Aaron Cousineau (Danielle) of Liverpool, NY, Vannessa Mallinger (Joe) of Phoenix, NY and Joseph Fortino of Solvay, NY; his stepgrandchildren, Bryonna, Erin "Stink" Cousineau, Michael and Hank Mallinger; and his pet Ethel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Shelby County Honor Guard.
