He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Edward and Pearl M. Warfel (Reed). He is survived by: his wife Ilene Warfel (Wicker) of Findlay, IL; his children, David Keith Warfel of Rockford, IL and Suzanne Mellinger of Findlay, IL; his grandchildren, Tiffany Mellinger, Jacob Mellinger, Daniel Warfel and Kyle Warfel; and his great grandchildren, Mathew and Mason.
